EB-3 Skilled & Professionals

EB-3 Skilled & Professionals includes two employment-based pathways, each with different qualification requirements.

Skilled Workers
For workers whose position requires at least two years of training or experience, with the applicant able to demonstrate the required experience or training.

Professionals
For individuals with a U.S. bachelor's degree or a foreign equivalent, where the sponsored position requires a bachelor's degree.

Both pathways generally involve:

Labor certification/PERM when required

Form I-140

Immigrant visa or adjustment-of-status process
